Happy Friday Eve! I’m so excited to be able to write my first blog post! I feel like such an adult (hahahah). I woke up today around noon, which is a couple of hours later than my goal wakeup time, SO I had to hurry and fit breakfast in while juggling taking my dogs out and doing a quick clean up. (If anyone knows my puppy, Maggie, you know that taking care of her is a full time job itself .) I was able to try out this quick new recipe and it was a delicious way to start off the day! Needless to say, today’s post is going to be SIMPLE; a simple post and a simple recipe.
Smoked Salmon Bagel- 256 calories
- 1 Thomas Everything Thin Bagel
- 8-10 Slices of cucumber
- 1 Tablespoon Cream Cheese
- 6 slices Smoked Salmon
- Sprinkle of Dill
Spread Cream Cheese on each half of Thomas Everything Thin Bagel. Layer cucumbers, smoked salmon, and sprinkle with dill. ENJOY!
That wasn’t so bad, was it? Simple, quick, and HEALTHY!
